2002 metais UAB „Kleta“ įgyvendino seno viešbučių pastato, esančio Žvejų g. 21/Teatro g. 1, rekonstrukcijos projektą. Rekonstruojamas pastatas nuo seno yra svarbus, kultūrinę ir istorinę vertę turintis uostamiesčio objektas.
